Student Council

The Student Council exists for the benefit of students at The Manchester College and is affiliated to the National Union of Students (NUS). The Student Council is an elected body made up of student representatives of all ages, from across the college. It gives students a voice in the college and access to certain important committees to express their views. In addition, it can help students wishing to set up social or recreational activities.

As members of the NUS, students can also participate in national and regional conferences and take advantage of the many benefits and discount schemes available.

The main aim of the Student Council is to work with and support students to ensure a first-class campus life and make The Manchester College an enjoyable place to study.
